Jonathan Chilson Jonathan Chilson is a native Texan. He has a masters degree in urban planning from the University of Texas School of Architecture & Planning, and seven years of commercial appraisal experience. Since earning his masters degree from UT in 1999, Jonathan has lived and worked as an appraiser in Austin, Albuquerque and Phoenix. In 2006 Jonathan returned to his native Austin, where he now heads up our commercial appraisal department, among other endeavors. He enjoys spending time with his son Nico, live music and mountain biking around Lake Travis. |

Mirelda Enriquez Mirelda Enriquez was born and raised in Los Angeles. She moved to Lago Vista in the spring of 2006 after visiting Austin and deciding the traffic was better in Austin. Mirelda has been appraising residential properties for four years. When she has free time she enjoys treasure hunting, spending time with her family and working on her house. |

Suzanne Farmer majored in sociology and human services in college and is originally from Ohio. She started in the real-estate business in 1994 and began appraising in 1998. She has two children and three grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys photography and the playing with the grandbabies. |

Heath Hanson moved to Austin in 1987 and attended college at St. Edward's University. Heath began working in the appraisal field in 2000 and founded ARA in 2002. He has extensive experience with proposed construction, custom homes and FHA appraisals. In his free time he plays golf, goes fishing and spends time with his family. |

Walter Hull (Doug) attended the University at Houston. He has been appraising for four years. Doug has two grown children ages 24 and 26. When he is not working he enjoys running and biking. |

Christopher Martin grew up in the Houston area and graduated from the University of Texas. He has been appraising for five years and focuses primarily on appraising properties in Hays, Bastrop, Comal and Caldwell counties. In his free time he enjoys fishing, tennis and listening to live music. |

Valerie Nusbaum earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kentucky and currently lives in the Hill Country. She has been in the appraisal business for three years concentrating on residential and waterfront properties. In her free time she enjoys her children, reading and working outdoors. |

Kyle Schuette was raised in Austin and graduated from the University of Texas. He has been appraising residential properties for six years. Kyle enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking and would love to see world peace. |
